Samia Zennadi - Algerian Women's Movement - (Algeria)

SOT: "We are hoping after 1 year that Ben Alì left, that another Tunisia is possible, we hope that another world is possible with more solidarity, less capitalist, more open and less racist, and we are here to push forward the right of women's because the right of the women's guarantee also human rights."

Maduresh Kumar - National Alliance People Movement - (India) 

SOT: "For 25 year we had been fighting against destructive development, brought out by the government and corporations, and the World Social Forum is an important tool were convergences of these movements are happening to fight the neoliberal capitalism, and this is an important space to be defended."

Mamadou Goita - Socio-economist (Mali )

SOT: "What we need today is policy of food sovereignty and this means that one of the key principles that food sovereignty has that in the assets, the farmers have control of the means of production, so we need to push it forward, so we can push food sovereignty as a key  baseline of our food system in different countries."

Maria Kanellopoyloy - Save Greek Water - (Greece)

SOT: "The European Water Movement, is really pretty strong, they had the referendum win in Italy and also the ECI, the European Citizens Initiatives, in order to take the matter into the EU parliament, and actually stop this procedures from taking place, and we have also the germans are getting rid of the Veolia and Ruppental."

Francine Mestrum - Global Social Justice - (Belgium)

SOT: "Coming here and why are we having Social Forum for ten years, many people says that nothing has changed so why continue with the World Social Forum,, but I think that coming here and seeing that all the people from these region are fighting, can be for us in Europe a really important lesson"
